Fox News’ monkey business
Saturday after Saturday Fox News’ “business blocks” spends more time spinning politics to the right than telling viewers how to earn a buck. Of course, this makes a complete sham of Fox News’ “fair and balanced” marketing slogan. But is Fox News’ business block simply a political counter-weight to the alleged liberal so-called “mainstream media” spin?
I offer up a challenge to conservatives. Pick your allegedly liberal cable news outlet. Then put together a compelling video to prove they’re spinning business news to the left as badly as Fox News does here to the right.
Hint: Simply cherry-picking buy American populist Lou Dobbs won’t cut it because I can easily cherry-pick him editorializing the other way or criticizing both sides.
